Paul van Stiphout is a Senior Portfolio Manager of Real Estate in the Amsterdam office of APG Asset Management (APG). In this capacity he is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring, executing, managing, and ultimately disposing European private real estate investments of various shapes and forms, across various geographies and across the total risk-return spectrum.
Paul joined APG in November 2010. Prior to that he was a portfolio manager at Doctors Pension Fund Services (currently part of PGGM), responsible for a portfolio of real estate and private equity investments in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Paul has close to 15 years of experience in real estate. He holds a Master of Science degree in architecture and construction from the department of real estate management and development at Eindhoven University of Technology.
