Uzgen started his career as a broker and then moved onto different functions within CODIC International, from manager Belgium to General manager Hungary (where he developed the new branch). Back in Belgium in 2010, Uzgen started within BESIX Group as managing director of the Real Estate branch – BESIX RED.
Currently, Uzgen is CEO at BESIX RED, a Real Estate Development company operating in 5 European countries. He has +25 years of experience in Real Estate and is passionate about architecture, urban planning and innovation. Since 2018, Uzgen has been an active member of the Executive Committee of BESIX Group. Uzgen’s main focus for the future is to participate in rethinking Real Estate according to the new way of life expected for the upcoming generations.
