Fátima Sáez del Cano has been head of the Grosvenor Spanish business for the last 12 years and she is responsible for the new development, asset management and investment activities of Grosvenor in Madrid, including value add projects, offices, and unique residential assets.
Before joining Grosvenor Europe, Fátima previously worked at EY and Grupo Lar and has been part of the Grupo Lar executive committee. She currently lectures on the Real Estate Master’s program, imparted at the School of Architecture of the Madrid Polytechnic School, and is part of the ULI Madrid Executive Committee.
Originally trained as an architect at the Polytechnic School of Madrid, Fátima also holds a Master’s degree from ICADE business school.
